- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
- Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise, keeping them connected at one end.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half, if using.
- Layer two slices of cooked ham on each bottom half of the croissants.
- Top each ham layer with two slices of cheese.
- Fold the top half of each croissant down to enclose the filling.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
- Arrange the filled croissants in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
- Cool slightly for about 2 minutes before serving.
- If desired, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
