Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise, keeping them connected at one end.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half, if using.
  4. Layer two slices of cooked ham on each bottom half of the croissants.
  5. Top each ham layer with two slices of cheese.
  6. Fold the top half of each croissant down to enclose the filling.
  7. Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
  8. Arrange the filled croissants in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
  10. Cool slightly for about 2 minutes before serving.
  11. If desired, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
