  1. Prepare the ingredients by gathering all necessary items.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season 4 salmon fillets with salt and pepper, cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute, then add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup of fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
