  • 1 tablespoon Salt For seasoning the pasta water.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning Key for bold flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Optional.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add cooked pasta, tossing to coat. Mix in reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  6. Slice chicken and add to pasta. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
