Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and break into pieces. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Stir in garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat in sauce.
  7. Garnish with torn basil leaves before serving.
