Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Base
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
For the Sweet-Tart Topping
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Serving
  • crackers your favorite choice
  • fresh mint leaves optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine 8 oz of crumbled feta cheese, 4 oz of softened cream cheese, and ½ cup of Greek yogurt. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. With the processor running, gradually pour in ¼ cup of honey and blend for another 1-2 minutes until fully integrated.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cranberries burst.
  4. Remove from heat and let the cranberry mixture cool. Blend for smoother topping or leave it chunky based on your preference.
  5. In a serving bowl, layer the whipped feta dip as a smooth base, then spoon the warm cranberry mixture over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve with crackers.
