- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, fresh cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about ⅛ inch thick and cut into strips.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at one end of each strip, fold over and seal the edges.
- Whisk together the egg and milk, then brush the tops of each sealed pastry straw.
