- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease two standard loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, mix together ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until light and airy.
- In another bowl, sift together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
