- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef, cooked macaroni, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the greased baking dish and press down evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top of the meat mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes to meld flavors.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
