  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon salt for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper fresh ground
For the Broccoli
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 whole lemon zest and juice
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Push chicken to one side, add butter, garlic, and ranch seasoning. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets, zest and juice of lemon. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  5. Add reserved pasta to the skillet and toss with the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and chives.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed before serving. Enjoy!
