- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 large egg. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add 1.5 cups of self-rising flour and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the soft dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into six equal pieces. Roll each into a rope about 6-8 inches long and pinch the ends.
