Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Add in the frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Gently fold the quartered biscuit pieces into your chicken mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
