- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Gently stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Divide the dough in half, roll each portion into a rectangle, and cut into strips before twisting.
- Place twisted strips on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
