  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in oats, cranberries, and pecans until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
