Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheese-Filled Garlic Knots
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each into a small rectangle or circle.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened piece and seal tightly.
- Tie each dough piece into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each shaped knot.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is oozing out slightly.
- Brush more garlic butter mixture over the knots right after baking.
