  • 3 cloves garlic minced.

  • 1 can diced tomatoes canned and undrained.
  • 4 cups seafood stock or chicken broth preferably homemade.
  • 2 cups heavy cream do not skip this.
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped.

  • 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen.
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

  • 2 wedges lemon for serving.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes and seafood stock, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle boil, about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Old Bay seasoning, thyme, corn, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Fold in lump crab meat and cook for an additional 5–10 minutes until heated through.
  6. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Ladle into bowls, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
