  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then dry them and slice into thick wedges.

  4. Spread the seasoned potato wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Crumble feta cheese over the potatoes evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
