Instructions

  3. Stuff each pitted Medjool date with about a teaspoon of the goat cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Place the wrapped dates seam side down on the baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat until runny.
  8. Remove dates from the oven, let them cool slightly, then drizzle warm honey over them.
  9. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired, and serve warm.
